Innovative, aromatic - free,  lacquer for heating radiators based on special alkyd-resin with glossy finish.

Usage:

For the glossy coating of hot water and steam heating elements after appropriate priming or pre-lacquering.


Product features:

•     good edge covering effect
•     yellowing stability up to 120 ° C

glossy / ≥ 80 E. (20 ° angle / laboratory values)


Consumption:

approx.110 ml / m² / coating on a vertical surface


Density:

approx. 1.21 g / ml white


Solids content:

approx. 76% (reference white)


Viscosity:

900 - 950 mPas (reference white)

The material is processable.


Drying at 20 ° C / 60% rel. humidity:

Dust-dry after approx. 2 - 3 hours

Track-free after approx. 10 hrs.

Reworkable after approx. 16 hrs.

Dried after 16 - 20 hrs.

Low temperatures and / or poor ventilation

can have a negative effect on drying.


Shelf life:

At least 1 year if cool, dry and frost-free in the original packaging .
