For heavily used floors

Application:

Highly durable, fork-lift- and abrasion resistant floor coating in industrial, forwarding and warehouses, garages also outdoors and indoors.

Also suitable for steel, non-ferrous metals and after appropriate preparatory work, dry plaster, cement fiber boards and various hard plastics, if necessary after special priming.


Characteristics:

Excellent filling characteristics, good coverage, smoothing and shine. Excellent resistance to shock, impact, abrasion, oils and fats, diluted acids and alkalis. At light colors, a slight yellowing must be expected.

(TDF 40μm): about 12m³


Mixing ratio:

4 parts by weight of base coat
with
1 part by weight of hardener


Processing time:

The mixture must be processed in max. 2 to 3 hours at a temperature of + 20 ° C .


drying:

Dust dry in 1 hour, touch time 3-4 hours; walkable for 10-12 hours; fully loadable after 5 days. For several layers, apply the next layer at the earliest after 6-12 hours. For larger objects, create partial surfaces if necessary to ensure this painting sequence.
