Silicon facade paint with Lotus-Effect® and perfect a preservation film against algae and fungi.
Makes beautiful and dry facades. Dirt rolls off with the rain. Highly water-repellent, permeable to water vapor. Highest protection against algae and fungi.
• For plasters the mortar groups PIc, PII and PIII.
• On resin, silicone and silicate plasters.
• On exposed masonry made of sand-lime brick and bricks.
• on old coatings of lime, cement, silicate, dispersion and silicone paints.
Characteristics:
• Extreme non-wettability with water immediately after the coating has dried
• Greatly reduced adhesion of dirt particles, thus self-cleaning when ist rains.
• Increased, natural protection against algae and fungal attack by removing the most important livelihoods water and dirt deposits.
• Additional technical protection by encapsulated film preservatives.
