Sigma Xpress Satin is a extra fast-drying, semi-gloss varnish based on modified alkyd resin technology (Sigma-Fast-Drying), solvent-based, for indoors and outdoors. Sigma Xpress Satin is the fast-drying alternative based on alkyd resin for all painters who prefers the smoothing and the finish of a classic solvent-based paint but still want to work quickly and efficiently.
Characteristics:
- Extremely fast drying
- Dry to handle after about 2 hours
- Repaintable after approx. 6 hours
- Already after about 2 hours drying time no impact due to rainfall visible
- good drying even at low temperatures
- The degree of gloss already sets in after 24 hours drying time
- Very good weather resistance
Usage:
For extra quick-drying pre and final coatings.
Due to Sigma Fast-Drying technology, two coats can be applied in one day and the surface is already moisture-proof after a drying time of approx. 2-3 hours!
Applicable wherever a fast, efficient and safe coating with a solvent-based alkyd resin varnish is desired.
Universally applicable on a variety of components and substrates (for example, doors, door frames, windows, stair stringers, railings, shutter boxes, baseboards, etc.)
Very efficient, e.g. when painting in rental apartments (make only 1 date but paint twice a day)

Drying time: Dust-dry after approx. 1-2 hours, recoatable after approx. 6 hours at 23 ° C and 50% rel. Humidity. With increasing material application and higher wet film thicknesses, the drying time and the throughdrying behavior change. Similarly, low temperatures extend the drying.
